At Kingdom Beauty Care, we take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and premium quality in every unit. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a 1 year warranty designed to give you peace of mind with your investment.

Warranty Coverage:

Your wig warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for up to 365 days from the date of purchase.

This includes:

• Shedding: Excessive hair shedding not caused by improper care or handling.

• Cap Construction Issues: Stitching defects, tearing, or loose fittings that are not due to misuse.

• Hair Quality Issues: Premature tangling, matting, or poor performance of the hair under normal use.

• Normal wear and tear, including natural shedding or tangling over time.

 

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to improper care, misuse, or accidents (e.g., heat styling beyond recommended temperatures, chemical treatments, or rough handling).

• Alterations made after purchase, including cutting, dyeing, or other modifications.

• Damage from not following our provided care instructions.

Warranty Process:

1. Submit a Claim

• Contact us at info@kingdombeautycare.com with your order number.

• Provide proof of purchase and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

2. Evaluation

• We will evaluate your claim to determine if the defect is covered under warranty.

• If necessary, we may request the wig be returned for further inspection (shipping costs covered by us).

3. Resolution

If the claim is approved, you will receive one of the following:

• Repair: Minor defects will be repaired and returned to you.

• Replacement: A new wig of the same style and quality will be provided if the defect cannot be repaired.

• Store Credit: If the original style is no longer available, we may issue a store credit for the original purchase amount.

Care Requirements

To maintain your warranty, please follow our Care Instructions:

• Wash and condition with recommended products.

• Store on a wig stand in a cool, dry place.

• Avoid overexposure to heat or sunlight.

• Do not apply harsh chemicals, bleach, or dye unless performed by a professional.

Failure to follow these care guidelines may void the warranty.
